Hello. I am an artist based in Los Angeles. I create visual imagery. Most of it is used as creative content. Photography and illustrations are my main mediums, but motion is slowly growing. Growing up with a mix of cultural backgrounds influences how I work and what I make.. My mother is Mexican, my father is Japanese and I lived in Hawaii when very young. The harmony among these cultures continues to resonate with me.
After a rewarding decade as an art historian at the Getty Museum studying and teaching art history and technique, I decided to integrate my experience with art and education into a business that focuses on helping brands tell the story of who they are and what they do through a visual narrative.
In addition to client driven work, I create a series of special edition prints for sale every season.
All in all, the magic of visual language is my fascination and work.
